Case Study/ Team Project/Role play / Guest Lecture : Theories of jurisdiction in criminal cases, general jurisdiction in computer crimes, application of ‘effect’ doctrine in computer crimes, convention on cyber crime.
Case Study/ Team Project/Role Play/ Guest Lecture : Prevention of cyber crime :deterrence as a means of prevention, technology as aid to prevention, user awareness, IT Act & prevention of offences.
Case Study/ Team Project/Role Play/ Guest Lecture : Supreme Court on right to privacy, right to privacy v/s freedom of press, reasonable restriction
Case Study/ Team Project/Role Play/ Guest lecture : Security Audit in business – policy, importance, standards and procedures.
Case Study/ Team Project/Role Play/ Guest Lecture: Data protection position in India , legal approaches to protection , data protection & employee privacy
