CO 127: Perform and exhibit skills through their participation in role play activity and gain knowledge related to recruitment and selection practices of various companies.

CO128: Demonstrate the ability to use different performance appraisal techniques in an organization and have an insight on the various aspects of promotion and transfer.

CO129: Recommend actions based on results of the compensation analysis and design compensation schemes that are cost effective, that increase productivity of the workforce, and comply with the legal framework.
