This course will enable the students to impart a comprehensive understanding of company laws and structures, fostering expertise in MOA, AOA, prospectus, company meetings, and committee types through engaging and interactive instruction.

CO115: Analyze and apply legal principles regarding corporate veil lifting and comprehend diverse forms of companies prevalent in India by understanding through Case-let discussions

CO116: Proficiently draft Memorandum of Association (MOA), Articles of Association (AOA), and Prospectus, demonstrating comprehensive understanding of legal and regulatory requirements for business incorporation

CO117: Develop an understanding of the various types of directors in companies and the pivotal role of the Company Secretary in corporate governance through interactive role-play activities.

CO118: Demonstrate effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills through engaging role-play activities, exploring various kinds of company meetings and their purposes.

CO119: Proficiently apply provisions of the Companies Act, demonstrating expertise in CSR, shareholder democracy, and committee dynamics within corporate governance frameworks.

CO120: Contribute effectively in course-specific interaction

Approach in teaching: Class room Lecture (Theory/ Using Power Point Presentation) /Discussions using Leading Case laws/
